As an organization, we want to ensure that our activities are transparent and fair. The Indexation Committee Finance Run (ICFR) contributes to this. This committee annually ensures fair, transparent and future-proof pricing of Finance Run. The committee reviews both the indexation of multi-year contracts and the annual fixed donation to charities.
The ICFR is composed of representatives of the partners, the charities and an independent chair. The committee meets every October to reach a single binding decision. Together, they play a crucial role in ensuring continuity, transparency and financial clarity for all Finance Run stakeholders.
The members of the ICFR are:
Independent member and chair of the ICFR. He monitors the objectivity of the process and leads the meetings.
Secretary on behalf of Free Style, responsible for writing out meetings, documentation, content preparation and reporting.
Representative on behalf of the charity Kikid, and thus the voice of the social impact the Finance Run aims to achieve.
