We will also keep you informed by email after you register as a Finance Run participant.
Your personal race number, including a detachable tag with the corresponding number, will be waiting for you at the registration tent. You can attach this tag to your bag when you drop it off at the coat check counter. Please check your information to ensure it is listed correctly in the results.
Please email changes in distance, team members and other adjustments to inschrijven@financerun.nl until August 30. On the day, you can make changes to the service desk, provided you are on time.
Are you registered through ING, Achmea, Stater, FD Mediagroep, a.s.r, Florius, Trojan Monkeys or CFA then there is a desk specifically for your company. Other companies, participants registered individually or as guests of the Finance Run or of Ben, can report to the general desk. This is located in the same reception tent.
The event venue opens at 1:00 PM. There will be a DJ, free coffee, water, and soft drinks, and you can start mingling with the other participants.
The start times for the various distances are subject to change.
2:00 p.m.: 21.1 km
3:00 p.m.: 10 km
3:10 p.m.: 5 km
3:15 p.m.: 5 km walk
Please come by bicycle or public transportation if possible. Parking is very limited.
Are you coming by car anyway? Then carpool with the Carpool App. For this, keep an eye on the news surrounding the Finance Run.
There is limited paid parking available at the entrance/parking lot for Restaurant de Bosbaan. Please park there as directed by the traffic attendants so that we can make the best use of the available space. The cost until 7 p.m. is €3 per hour.
There is a coat check available for runners. You will receive a race number, which includes a detachable tag with a corresponding number. You can attach this tag to your bag when you drop it off at the coat check counter.
The checkroom will be open from 1:00 to 9:00 pm. Before the run you can drop off your stuff at the checkroom opposite the registration tent. After the Run you can also pick up your stuff here and change for the networking drinks. Before entering the drinks, you can drop off your belongings at the checkroom again.
Due to expected crowds, please drop off your sports bag at the checkroom as early as possible. There is no space on the grounds for abandoned bags.
The sanitary facilities of the Bosbaan are completely renovated in 2025.There are both ladies and men’s changing rooms available. These are situated on the waterfront of the Bosbaan. In the changing rooms there are both toilets and showers. The changing rooms close at 6:00 pm.
