The event is organized by Free Style Events in Amsterdam. Free Style Events is an organization and consulting firm in the field of sports events. <\/p>

What personal data are processed?<\/strong><\/p>

Event participants<\/em><\/p>

Free Style Events is the Organizer of the running and networking event, the Finance Run. In order to participate in the sporting event, we ask for various personal data. The personal data provided by the Participant are recorded by Free Style Events in a document. By registering for a sports event, the Participant agrees to the Agreement, in which the Participant grants the Organizer permission to use his\/her personal data for sending information to the Participant and for providing personal data to the Organizer and its partners for the purpose of sending information to the Participant. <\/p>

In addition, by entering into the Agreement, the Participant grants permission to the Organizer to publicize his name and competition results, for example through publication in daily newspapers and via the Internet.<\/p>

Website<\/strong><\/p>

Through the website www.financerun.nl, we can be contacted through a contact form. When filling out the contact form, various personal data is requested, such as name, email address, and mobile phone number. These personal data are needed to respond to the sent contact form. The sent contact form ends up in Finance Run’s mailbox. We will not combine this data with other personal data we have. The login link takes you to a page of Tixxie. This is a separate application. Data submitted via that link is processed in the event environment and linked to the race time run. Contact information is used to send practical information about the event and the results. <\/p>

Google Analytics<\/strong><\/p>

For the statistics of the website www.financerun.nl we use Google Analytics. We have entered into a processing agreement with this party. Google Analytics uses cookies. All collected data are processed anonymously. The option to share data from Google Analytics is disabled and the cookies are not used in combination with other Google Analytics services. <\/p>

    We use the data of our participants, guests and other stakeholders only for the Finance Run.
